Once the order has been released for shipment, we unfortunately have no control over it and are not liable for orders lost in transit. Our Customer Support Team is only able to see the same tracking details available to you.

My order was returned, how do I get it back?
- If your order was returned by the courier, we will reach out via email to see if you would like your order reshipped with an updated address or refunded. Unfortunately, original shipping fees are non-refundable.
My address is wrong, how do I fix it?

If the shipping address is wrong, please reach out to us as soon as possible atsupport@shopwhitelemon.com. If the order has not been shipped, we will update the address for you. Unfortunately, if the order has already been shipped, we are unable to edit the shipping address. We recommend reaching out to the courier to see if a change can be made.
Where is my order?
- Most orders will be shipped within one to two business days. Once your order has been released for shipment you will receive the shipping confirmation with tracking details.
