How do I use a discount code? 

  • At checkout there is a box on the right hand side to enter the code. Once the code is entered, the discount will be applied and the amount automatically deducted. If you have any difficulties, feel free to reach out to our Customer Support team at  support@shipwhitelemon.com

I received a wrong/damaged item, what do I do? 

  • We’re sorry to hear that! Reach out to our team at  support@shopwhitelemon.com with your order numbers and photos of the damaged or wrong item within three days of receipt. We will work with you to fix any issues. 

How do I return an order? 

  • We are sorry to hear it didn’t work out! You can return an order up to 30 days from the delivery date for an exchange, store credit, or refund in the Returns Portal. 

I need to cancel my order/ make a change

  • To cancel your order, please reach out to our team at  support@shopwhitelemon.com with your request and the order number and email address.

  • At this time, we ship within the United States and United States Major Outlying Islands

Where is my order? 

  • Once your order has been placed, please allow one to two business days for the order to be packaged and shipped. Once it has been released for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation with the tracking information. 

What payment options do you accept? 

  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. We also accept Google Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal. In addition, we accept Shop Pay payment installations.
