Returns and Exchanges

   

We’re sorry it didn’t work out! Returns are a breeze to process using our portal, all you need is your order number and email. We offer three options for your return - Exchanges, Store Credit, or a Refund. 


Below is a step by step guide to help with the process. Our amazing Customer Support team is always available to help if you have any questions. 

 

Policy 

We understand that not every item is going to be the right fit! We will happily accept a return for exchange, store credit, or a refund within 30 days from receiving your order. We will cover the return shipping costs for an exchange or store credit. Returns for refunds will be charged a flat rate of $6.95, which will be deducted from the refund total. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. 

All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and free of any stains or odors. If you have received a damaged item, please  contact us directly within 3 days of receipt with photos and an explanation of the damage. 

Unfortunately, some items are not eligible for a return. Final sale items will be marked final sale on the product page and include, but is not limited to, accessories, hats, Last Chance sale items, and anything else marked Final Sale. 

Shoes must be in their original box to be eligible for a return. 

We reserve the right to adjust your return method or deny the return if your return arrives in a condition which does not meet our returns policy. Denied returns will be discarded, they will not be shipped back to you. 

Exchanges - Free return label 

Once your return is submitted in the portal, you will receive a pre paid label. When the original order is scanned by the courier, your replacement item(s) will be shipped! 

Store Credit - Free return label

Online credits have no expiration date and can be used for any merchandise. A prepaid label will be provided once your return is submitted. Once your return order is delivered and approved, you will receive an electronic credit by email. 

Refund - Flat rate return label 

To process a return for a refund to the original payment method, please choose refund as the return. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund total. 

Your refund (minus original shipping fees) will be issued to the original payment method once the return has been received and processed by our team.

FAQs 

I received a damaged or wrong item, what do I do? 

  • We’re sorry to hear that! Reach out to our team at  support@shopwhitelemon.com with your order numbers and photos of the damaged or wrong item. We will work with you to fix any issues. 

 

How long does the return process take? 

  • It only takes minutes to set up the return! Once your original order has been sent back, your return will be processed immediately. While most returns will be processed within a few business days, we kindly ask for up to 10 business days. 

 

When can I return for a refund? 

  • If you would like to return your order for a refund instead of store credit or exchange, we kindly ask that you start the return process in the portal within 14 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to process refunds for returns after this date. 

 

I need to make a return from multiple orders, help!

Are my original shipping fees refundable? 

  • Unfortunately, original shipping fees are non refundable. If you choose to return for a refund, the total cost of the merchandise minus the original shipping cost and the cost of the return label will be refunded to you.
